Pricing Questions

Do I need to move anything before you arrive?
Nope. Leave everything where it is. We'll go anywhere on the property — garage, attic, backyard, basement — and do all the lifting ourselves.
Is there a minimum charge?
Yes, we have a minimum load charge for very small jobs. We'll quote it upfront so you know exactly what to expect before we start.
What if I'm not sure how much I have?
That's what the free estimate is for. We'll look at everything and give you a firm price on the spot. No obligation to proceed.
Do you charge extra for heavy items?
Heavy items like safes, pianos, or concrete are priced based on the effort involved. We'll factor that into your quote when we see the items.
When do I pay?
